Authorities Hit Back at e-Passport Critics | Threat Level from Wired.com: "In a story I wrote this year I described how Grunwald was able to sabotage two e-passport readers made by different vendors that were on display at a security conference he attended. He was able to crash the readers using malicious code that he embedded in the JPEG2000 image file on a cloned passport chip. (The image file contains the photo of the passport holder.)"
